• We only replace the items if your product damaged during courier. In that case we will give half delivery cost.

Conditions for Returns
• Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your received the product, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Please knock us within 15 days.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Only regular priced items will be refunded. But discounted sales items cannot be refunded.
• If you received the exact product in good condition which you ordered but you wanted to return for other reason you will needed to pay packaging cost & return shipping cost.

Refund Policy:
• Refund from returns – Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful).
• Refunds from cancelled orders – Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.( You will needed provide us your Bkash Number)
